We are a registered picnic provider. Registered providers must have insurance, permits to trade in parks, and comply with laws around food & alcohol consumption. Check out what to consider when choosing your picnic provider here.

We are delighted to host parties and celebrations for guests of all ages. However, if you're organising a party for children under 12, please consider the level of care needed for our picnic equipment. Our rugs are high-quality, non-machine washable floor coverings, and our tables are made of natural timber. Brightly coloured foods can stain and damage these surfaces. As we strive for sustainability by not using plastics, please note that our decor and crockery are made of fragile glassware.
A credit card bond is required for all bookings for security of the property and will vary subject to total package amount.

Other coordination services, such as a photographer, musician, additional floristry, furniture, or other event requirements outside of the picnic package, can be provided for an additional fee. Grazing enhancements can also be ordered upon request.
​
For bookings over $1000 in value, one site visit to determine space & location requirements is included in the package fee, as required.
​
Please check out our Terms & Conditions for beach sand bookings, bookings not on ground level, bookings greater than 35kms from Wangara, bookings with a set-up location greater than 50m from accessible parking and public holiday bookings.

group picnic prices
All sittings are for 2.5 hours. Extended hire is $55 incl. GST per hour thereafter. Set up and packdown occurs outside of your booking time. Packages are priced subject to the number of tables required to seat guests, and not per person.
